EVENT BUSINESS PLAN AND BACKGROUND
Tow-In Surfing has been developing since the early 1990's. With the advent of gravity-defying foot-straps fiber-glassed onto a streamlined "tow-in surfboard" and the combination of a tow-rope and a modern PWC (Personal Water-Craft, Thrill-Craft or Jet-Ski) to pull the tow-in surfers into very large waves (after which they let go of the rope and surf the waves alone).... huge surf has been tackled on a regular basis. Tow-In Surfing has allowed surfers to catch waves on outer reefs that most times would be too big to paddle in to. The 1st "Tow-In Surf" contests were held at Jaws (Peahi) on Maui. In 2000, there was no prize money for the Jaws contest. In 2001, at the "Tow-In World Cup", there was a prize purse of $100,000 with $70,000 going to tow-in team-mates Rodrigo Resende and Garrett McNamara. At the 2003-2004 "Tow-In World Cup" at Jaws, the winning team would have taken home $100,000. Garrett McNamara already won $10,000 with his tow partner in the   "Jaws Tow-In World Cup Expression Session" in early January 2003, which was held when the waves at Jaws were quite large but still not surpassing the required 20 foot minimum. The real Jaws "Tow-In World Cup" Event did not take place in 2003-2004 or in 2004-2005. The waves did not get big enough. It is still on hold annually as the BILLABONG at PEAHI. We have obtained a DLNR/ Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation/ Marine Events Permit for the last 3 years as we go into our 4th Annual Event. "Tow-In Surfers, LLC" was successful in obtaining a DLNR/ Marine Events Permit for the 1st Ever Tow-In Surf Event on Oahu years ago (2004-2005). The 2nd Annual event (2005-2006) was a major success. The winter surf season 2006-2007 was somewhat smaller in the Surf Department. We decided to do a 3rd Annual event last (2006-2007), and landed BANK OF HAWAII as MAIN TITLE SPONSOR. Now, with the continued advent of the DLNR Tow-In Surf License, which we have all worked long and hard for… an event of this nature on Oahu has proven to be a truly realistic undertaking! The "3rd Annual 'BANK OF HAWAII' North Shore Tow-In Surfing Championships 2006-2007" was "ON"… the event was once again held last winter on Oahu's North Shore , the world-wide epicenter of Extreme Big Wave Riding.

The "3RD ANNUAL 'BANK OF HAWAII' NORTH SHORE TOW-IN SURFING CHAMPIONSHIPS 2006-2007" was held during the WINTER SURF SEASON of 2006-2007... Holding Period from 12-15-06 until 3-31-07 (Permit was renewed every two weeks throughout the holding period until the event took place)... One Day Only... 25 foot minimum... HIGH SURF WARNING ...HAWAIIAN SCALE! Main Venues are always at Outside Haleiwa Harbor/Avalanche or Puaena Point And/Or MOBILE on the West Side of Waimea Bay... Principal OUTER REEF SURF SPOTS for this Event include Outside Puaena Point... Outside Himalayas... Outside Alligators (and Possibly the Outside Log Cabins "Cloud Break", which is just East of Waimea Bay). The "West of Waimea" tow-in surf teams hope to show how it is done in their own backyard! Participating should also likely be tow-in surf teams from Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Brazil, California, Australia, South Africa, Peru, France and other parts of the world where tow-in surfing has shown increasing popularity!

4th ANNUAL EVENT (07/08) Secondary Sponsorship GUARANTEES
Secondary Sponsors to the "4th Annual BANK OF HAWAII / ATLAS SALES North Shore Tow-In 07/08" Event will have their names and/or logos included on the Posters, T-Shirts, Banners, Websites, Program Guides and all other forms of advertising, promotion and press releases for the Event. Their logos and/or names will be included on all press releases to the media for all TV, Radio and Print Exposure and/or Advertising. They will also be included in the credits and many of the scenes of any subsequent documentary, TV Show, movie, video, DVD or any other motion picture or televised rendition of the Event. Press releases will be sent to all major surf , watersports and extreme sports and lifestyle related print magazines along with surfing and/or sports news-related internet web-sites (particularly www.Towsurfer.com, www.Swell.com, www.SurferMagazine.com, SurfingTheMag.com, www.surfersvillage.com, www.surfnewsnetwork.com, www.HighSurfWarning.com, www.nortshoretowin.com, worldtowin.com, and of course the primary www.haleiwa-tow-in.com as well as MANY OTHERS). These same press releases will be sent to UPI, AP and all the major radio and tv networks... particularly the news and sports channels. Secondary sponsors will automatically be reserved for inclusion (with their O.K.) in any subsequent events hosted by "Tow-In Surfers, LLC" , including this year's upcoming "4th Annual Bank of Hawaii / Atlas Sales North Shore TowSurf Championship 2007-2008". Secondary Sponsors will be responsible for providing cash and/or goods and services to the Event valued at approximately $1000-$2000 (This would include things like contest jerseys, trophies, food and/or food coupons), meeting venues, on-site medical and chiropractic, media coverage, mechanical assistance, secondary prizes of all kinds and other things of this nature that would add to the success and completeness of the Event. This would also give a wide variety of promotional support to the various businesses and organizations involved with sponsoring the Event that exist on the North Shore of Oahu and all over the island of Oahu and the State of Hawaii...as well as to other surf lifestyle related companies and any other businesses worldwide interested in catching huge exposure by affiliation with this EVENT.

2005/06) EVENT PRIMARY/TITLE SPONSORSHIP
One Primary Title Sponsor contributed to the cost of running the 2nd year's (05/06) Event and to the Principal Prize Money for that year's Event. Honolulu Streetwear and it's "PHELONY" clothing line graciously took the 2005-2006 Primary/Title Sponsorship role. Thanks to CEO Bruce Purcell and the crew at Honolulu StreetWear, the "2nd Annual 'PHELONY' North Shore Tow-In Surfing Championships 2005-2006" had most of it's running costs covered and included a competitor's prize purse of $10,000. UPCOMING "4th ANNUAL BANK OF HAWAII /ATLAS SALES NORTH SHORE TOWSURF CHAMPIONSHIP 07/08" EVENT PRIMARY / TITLE SPONSORSHIP GUARANTEES

The Primary "Title Sponsor"/ INCLUDING atlas sales WHICH appears as a CO-MAIN TITLE SPONSOR alongside BANK OF HAWAII for this year's event in 2007/2008 will be entitled to AND RECEIVE the following benefits:

*Primary "Title Sponsor" will have full page coverage with Sponsor Logo/ Artwork on the front and back-page of the 4th Annual (07/08) Event Program Guide as well specific areas in the Program Guide write-ups to familiarize the public with the "Title Sponsor's" products / services. This program guide will be distributed in surf shops, retail stores, restaurants, clubs and many related venues as well as at the EVENT and at all EVENT promotions starting on November 15, 2007 and continuing on through the Event Holding Period from 12/1/07-3/31/08 and after.
* Event will be titled "The 3rd Annual 'BANK OF HAWAII' North Shore Tow-In Surfing Championships 2007-2008"!
* All PR/Press will originate with event called the "4th Annual 'BANK OF HAWAII/ ATLAS SALES North Shore Tow-In Surfing Championships 2008-2007"!
* There will definitely be a Documentary Video produced of the last 3 year's events (1st, 2nd and 3rd Annual)) by Hawaiian Extreme Sports TV which will be aired world-wide and will be for sale world-wide as a DVD Video, similar to the 1st year's documentary "PACIFIC AVALANCHE", with the Event's "Title Sponsor" automatically included as a part of the event's name whenever it is mentioned or depicted visually on the Video DVD, on the Documentary TV Show Broadcast and on any and all newscasts related to the (07/08) EVENT.
* All Radio, TV, Print Magazine, Newspapers, Internet and any other Media Coverage of the Event will include the "TITLE SPONSOR" first and foremost in all mentions of the Event (with the "TITLE SPONSOR" Name and/or Logo in plain site where-ever and when-ever possible).
* "TITLE SPONSOR" name and/or logo will be included first and foremost on all T-Shirts, Posters, Stickers, Flyers and other promotional vehicles or items related to the event whenever and where-ever possible.
* "TITLE SPONSOR" will be promoted along with the Event on the local 596-Surfline /" Surf News Network" Telephone Surf Reports, website at SNN.com and Radio Surf Reports along with the new "HighsurfWarning.com" website and telephone surf report at 637-RUSH any time the contest is on a red-alert status, on the day of the Event and in any and all follow up media coverage of the Event.
* "TITLE SPONSOR" name will be repeatedly aired over the P.A. out in the water at the contest site and subsequently as part any follow up Videos, Movies, Documentaries, News Stories, Etc.
* "TITLE SPONSOR" will have primary positioning on banners or signs at awards ceremony and at any Event-related press conferences, pre-promos, post promos, interviews, parties, events and promotions and particularly on the EVENT TOWER BANNER SPACES!
* All competing jet-skis will have a LARGE "TITLE SPONSOR " LOGO on their most prominent surfaces (logo stickers to be provided IN ADVANCE by "TITLE SPONSOR "). Stickers will be required to be displayed by competing jet-skis as an identifying mark of tow-in team entry into the event!
*"Title/Sponsor" will be designated Title/Sponsor of the "4th Annual BANK OF HAWAII / ATLAS SALES North Shore Tow-In Surfing Championships 2007-2008" and may use this designation in it's advertising and promotion, upon contract execution date and up to 6 months after Event completion date for 2007-2008 holding period. If "Co-Main" wants to continue as Title/Sponsor on through the 5TH Annual Event to be held in Winter 2008-2009, such designation will continue right on through until 6 months after completion of that next year's event. And so on. Title/Sponsor may continue to contract on a yearly basis and has first right of refusal to do so, although the stakes might be required to be increased with the growing popularity of the Event with each passing year!
* Title/Sponsor name and/or logo will appear on all event T-Shirts, Posters, Etc. (Event T-Shirts, Poster, Stickers, Etc sales license available by separate agreement.)
* Title/Sponsor has the right to supply Award Plaques or Trophies which include Title/Sponsor name and/or logo. This year's trophies will refer to the Event as the "4th Annual BANK OF HAWAII / ATLAS SALES North Shore Tow-In Surfing Championships 2007-2008"! 1st-4th place teams will get trophies!
* Title/Sponsor representatives may be at the awards ceremony co-presenting awards with contest officials. Interviews may also be arranged with Title-Sponsor or sponsors representatives. Event competitor/athletes will be available for subsequent Media and Promotions.
* Title/Sponsor has the right to introduce other marketing partners with "Tow-In Surfers, LLC" agreement and permission.
* Broadcast License Available.
